Responsibilities

- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead cross-functional R&D projects that push the boundaries of current engineering capabilities.
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct rigorous analysis on market shifts and technological disruptions to inform executive decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for the Board of Directors and investors.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterās degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Tech Strategy, R&D Management, or Product Strategy.
- Trend Analysis: Proven track record in strategic foresight and identifying disruptive technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale initiatives and mentor high-performing teams.
- Communication: Exceptional executive presence and the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
