Responsibilities
- Front Line Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Phone Management: Screen calls professionally, take accurate messages, and transfer inquiries to the correct department.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and manage the executive and team calendars to ensure optimal time management.
- Communication: Draft and distribute internal memos and external correspondence, ensuring clarity and tone.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the reception area, manage office supplies inventory, and ensure the workspace is organized and professional.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates for this Entry Level position.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
