Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a comprehensive roadmap for Generative AI and Future Tech initiatives.
- Lead a high-performing team of AI researchers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance standards for AI deployment.
- Pilot emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Neural Interfaces) to drive competitive advantage.
- Present technical vision and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), or similar architectures.
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI products or features.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
