Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning IT strategy with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge AI, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics models to automate complex workflows.
- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy infrastructure to support scalable, cloud-native architectures.
- Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) and integrate viable solutions into our product suite.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Executive leadership to drive revenue-generating initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
