Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or executive management role.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, and Cloud-native architectures.
- Business Acumen: Proven track record of driving revenue growth or operational efficiency through technological innovation and digital transformation.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and the broader market.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to pivot strategies quickly in response to rapid market changes and technological breakthroughs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
