Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technology vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Lead Strategic R&D: Spearhead research initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Next-Gen Computing.
- Technology Foresight: Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces) and evaluate their potential impact on our products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate technical strategy into actionable development plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Strategy).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging tech stacks relevant to 2026.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current constraints and anticipate future industry shifts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
