Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and Digital Transformation roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals and revenue targets.
- Identify emerging trends in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and automation to drive competitive advantage.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, ethics, and compliance within the organization.
- Mentor high-performing talent and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML strategy.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong background in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, with a deep understanding of LLMs and NLP.
- Experience managing P&L responsibility and budget allocation for technical teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
