Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the company's long-term AI strategy, specifically focusing on advancements leading up to 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a world-class research team to pioneer breakthroughs in neural architecture and natural language processing.
- Product Integration: Lead the integration of AI into core product lines, ensuring seamless user experiences and high performance.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, including AGI developments and ethical AI implementation, to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious technical initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role within AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Transformer models, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of scaling teams and managing cross-functional projects from conception to launch.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into business value for investors and clients.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and apply them to solve real-world problems.
