Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI infrastructure, identifying emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and quantum-ready data centers.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of high-performance distributed systems capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical roadmaps with business objectives and futuristic goals.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives to prototype and implement cutting-edge AI models before they hit the mainstream market.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role within AI or high-performance computing.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning systems, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and neural network optimization.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt infrastructure strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
