Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum, and bio-convergence systems
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid algorithm development for enterprise optimization
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and quantum startups
- Drive ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-continental R&D teams in Berlin, Singapore, and San Francisco
- Develop carbon-negative computing protocols for next-gen data centers
- Secure $50M+ in funding for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Systems Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech (2019-2024)
- Proven track record scaling quantum-AI solutions to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST)
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for deep tech ventures
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning (IBM Q Network)
