- Establish industry-first standards for quantum-secure communications
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurology
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership at Fortune 100 firms
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech implications
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing applications
- Certification in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
