Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ initiatives, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies through agile innovation sprints
- Analyze global tech trends and competitor landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological investments with long-term business objectives
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster creative problem-solving across departments
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of futuristic technologies on market position and revenue growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years in tech strategy
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Track record of launching innovative products with measurable market impact
- Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and executive audiences
- Certification in Agile methodologies and futures forecasting preferred
