- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in post-2025 tech landscapes
- Develop ethical frameworks for deploying sentient AI and autonomous systems at scale
- Secure strategic partnerships with DARPA, ESA, and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present findings to congressional tech committees and global policy summits
- Mentor PhD researchers in next-gen cryptography and biocomputing
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technology adoption patterns
- Proven experience scaling quantum-resistant blockchain systems or AGI frameworks
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for post-human AI and neurotech
- Portfolio of commercialized technologies impacting 10M+ users
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Prolog preferred)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance
