Responsibilities
- Architect and lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with societal and technological evolution
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to implement futuristic solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and futurists
- Secure $10M+ in funding through grant writing and venture capital partnerships
- Publish whitepapers in top-tier journals and keynote at global tech summits

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, AI, or Bioengineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least 3 of these domains: quantum computing, AGI, nanotechnology, synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature or Science within the last 5 years
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate partnerships
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting innovations
