Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant AI architectures with 10-year scalability
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Integrate neuro-symbolic AI with emerging IoT ecosystems
- Develop explainable AI interfaces for non-technical stakeholders
- Research and prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration paradigms
- Architect adaptive ML systems for dynamic regulatory environments
- Drive innovation through quarterly R&D sprints with $50K budget
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML with 3+ years in architectural design
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy
- Published research in AI ethics or explainable AI
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., AIGPC, CACE)
- Experience with quantum computing APIs (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale AI deployments
