Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology foresight frameworks for 2026+ market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (AI, Web3, neuromorphic computing) to identify strategic inflection points
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite on long-term digital transformation pathways
- Design innovation pipelines integrating exponential technologies into core business models
- Present strategic foresight to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Quantify ROI of future-focused initiatives using predictive analytics and market modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
