Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) and synthesize actionable insights for strategic planning
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including autonomous systems and immersive digital experiences
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation practices
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives and scenario modeling
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech foresight roles
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across global markets
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
