Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ innovation cycles
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape mapping
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks in emerging tech deployments
- Manage innovation incubator programs for early-stage technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (e.g., IEEE Spectrum, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with patent strategy and IP commercialization
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
