Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ initiatives
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technology adoption
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
- Advise executive leadership on emerging technology risks and opportunities
- Build and lead a global futurist research network
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech
- Published author or recognized speaker on future tech trends
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Portfolio demonstrating technology-to-business translation
