Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging domains
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 5-10 year strategic objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and disruption preparedness
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
- Advise cross-functional teams on technology adoption and innovation strategy
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Represent the company at global technology foresight conferences and summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and publications
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Global network of industry contacts and thought leadership presence
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or defense preferred)
