Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological trends through 2026, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation portfolio expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify first-mover advantages
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and boards with compelling narratives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and innovation ROI
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, and quantum systems
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Certification in Futures Research or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
