Responsibilities

- Lead AI/quantum computing integration projects with budgets exceeding $10M
- Conduct annual horizon scans for emerging technologies (neurotech, bio-digital interfaces, etc.)
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos, CES, and Web Summit
- Manage a global team of 15+ researchers and innovation architects
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and Alphabet X
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years industry experience
- Published 50+ peer-reviewed papers in IEEE Nature or equivalent journals
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI governance, and decentralized AI frameworks
- Proven track record scaling technology ventures from concept to IPO
- Deep familiarity with ISO 21434, NIST AI RMF, and EU AI Act regulations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling tools (SAS, SPSS)
- Strong network with global tech leaders (e.g., WEF, UN Technology Envoy)
