Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advocate for ethical technology frameworks in public policy forums and industry summits
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global enterprises
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech's societal impact
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of influencing organizational tech roadmaps
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Published work in futurist journals or tech policy white papers
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
