- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Deep understanding of Web3, decentralized systems, and ethical AI frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
