Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead strategic partnerships with quantum computing and bio-tech research institutions
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030
- Present disruptive technology briefings to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging tech adoption methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through data-driven impact projections
- Pioneer proprietary forecasting algorithms using NLP and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Certification in Systems Thinking (MIT Sloan or equivalent)
- Portfolio of successfully launched exponential technologies
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
