- Lead stakeholder workshops to align organizational vision with future tech capabilities
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership content for C-suite audiences
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI outcomes
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Represent company at global tech foresight conferences and summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams with diverse technical expertise
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patented future-tech solutions
