- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 5-10 year future scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Present future-vision briefings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their market implications
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles with tech focus
- Proven track record of mapping long-term technological trajectories
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (articles, whitepapers)
- Experience working with global R&D teams across multiple time zones
