Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech adoption priorities
- Analyze market disruption vectors and competitive implications for next-gen tech
- Author thought leadership publications on technology trends and future scenarios
- Partner with R&D to prototype exponential technology applications
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption readiness and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA with tech specialization
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis tools
