Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology & Society Trend Reports with 95%+ industry adoption rate
- Lead client workshops on future scenario planning for Fortune 500 executives
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for experimental prototyping projects
- Present at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forums as Horizon Labs ambassador
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford d.school on emerging research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (3+ accurate major forecasts)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published author or thought leader in futurism publications
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend forecasting and data visualization
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
