- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with 50+ stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation to emerging trends
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic consulting or corporate strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ market evolution
