Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks by analyzing emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic indicators
- Architect cross-industry innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies including AGI, synthetic biology, and decentralized autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align futuristic initiatives with current business objectives
- Author white papers and thought leadership positioning InnovateX as the 2026 innovation authority
- Manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation human-AI symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (e.g., AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, biotech, climate, etc.)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational innovation
- Masters degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented futuristic initiatives
