Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy framework, identifying emerging trends and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish partnerships with quantum computing labs and synthetic biology research institutions
- Present visionary roadmaps to investors and stakeholders at quarterly Future Horizons forums
- Author thought leadership pieces on the ethical implications of 2026 technological convergence
- Oversee the implementation of AI-driven predictive models for societal impact forecasting
- Mentor a cohort of emerging futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate engineering
- Exceptional command of scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major innovation initiatives with measurable societal impact
