Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic vision maps identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to stress-test future business models
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for R&D and market positioning
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype solutions for anticipated market shifts
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and academic partners
- Translate foresight into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies
- Advose C-suite on risk mitigation strategies for systemic disruptions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to visualize complex future scenarios
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Track record of publishing thought leadership on emerging technologies
