Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into business planning
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings with data-driven projections
- Advise leadership on emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their commercial applications
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and partnership opportunities for 2026 ecosystem
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into successful commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, automation)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
