- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 partners to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Produce forward-looking trend reports using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Design exponential growth strategies for emerging markets in Web3 and synthetic biology
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members at quarterly innovation summits
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or MFRA)
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives with $50M+ budgets
