- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into development roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic initiatives and market readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published futurist research or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) preferred
