Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic vision frameworks aligned with market disruptions and technological convergence
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify high-impact opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Establish KPIs and metrics for future-readiness initiatives across product, operations, and talent strategy
- Present strategic forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage a network of futurist thought leaders and domain experts
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports and horizon scanning briefings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis for 2020+ landscapes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data storytelling expertise
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concept translation
