Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Produce trend analysis reports with actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Establish ethical governance protocols for future-facing technologies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
