Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on AI governance and climate resilience
- Produce annual Horizon 2026 strategic report with quantified impact projections
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Advolve cross-functional teams on ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Establish KPI framework for measuring future-readiness maturity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
