Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socio-economic indicators to forecast industry shifts through 2026+
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience and growth
- Partner with C-suite executives to align future-focused initiatives with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market demands
- Author thought leadership reports and presentations for internal/external stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems to identify first-mover advantages
- Champion a culture of future-readiness across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities with complex concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate uncertainty with strategic clarity
