Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends to forecast 2026 industry landscape
- Develop strategic frameworks that align organizational capabilities with future opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Produce comprehensive trend reports and scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and thought leaders to enhance foresight capabilities
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing features and services
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend mapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
