Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and white papers with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof products and services targeting 2026 markets
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking innovation adoption and market readiness
- Mentor junior strategists and build a global network of futurist thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or future-focused R&D roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and disruption forecasting
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or similar preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future strategy implementations
