- Produce scenario-based strategic roadmaps with quantified risk/reward analyses
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and innovation processes
- Present future-oriented insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for emerging technology access
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
