- Design innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for moonshot projects
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with 5+ in futurism
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Experience with Delphi method and SWOT 2.0 frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., GIST, STEEP analysis)
