- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for C-suite and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills with complex datasets
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environment
