- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technology implications
- Build and manage a global network of innovation scouts and thought leaders
- Author foresight reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting market disruptions
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio of implemented future-strategy initiatives
