Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation strategy development for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Design and validate future-state business models through rapid prototyping
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility
- Develop thought leadership content through white papers and industry speaking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation management
- Proven track record launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in futures thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience in innovation economics
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean, Value Chain)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
- Certification in Design Thinking or Lean Innovation preferred
