As a cornerstone of our C-Suite Innovation Council, you'll lead horizon scanning initiatives, develop scenario-based strategic frameworks, and partner with global R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions. Your work will directly shape how humanity adapts to exponential change while prioritizing ethical deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology sectors
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, climate, and market disruptions
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions (AR/VR, autonomous systems)
- Author thought leadership on technology ethics and human-AI symbiosis
- Coordinate with academic institutions and government bodies on innovation policy
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technology impacts
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of AI governance, biotech ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating future-state solution prototyping
- Global network of innovation leaders and futurist communities
