Responsibilities
- Design and execute horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2028
- Develop predictive models using quantum computing simulations and AI trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Author visionary whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across 12 innovation verticals
- Present findings at Davos-level forums and patent strategy summits
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary 'Temporal Mapping' methodology
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Computational Sociology
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 100 or unicorn startups
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom AI platforms)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future scenarios implemented with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI ethics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (APF or WFS) preferred
- Experience securing patents for future-oriented innovations
