- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, AC/FS preferred)
